1. NATURAL - CLIMATIC SANATORIUM / DISPENSARY /,
independently or as a part of some health institution at the seaside / Igalo, Herceg Novi / and the most favourably for projects of Republic Montenegro for founding of an insititute for malign diseases, which follows the example of the institute Gustave - Roussy / Villejuif / in Paris and the dispensary "La Grande" - 40 km far from Paris.
 

2. MOUNTAIN TOURISTIC CENTRE which would offer all touristic services as sea - mountain at the same time, and at the same place / 1991. the hotel Cetinje promoted this /.

 

- for using the property for these purposes it could be very convenietly to organize the system of a little zoo with domestic animals for the practical teaching of a great number of users - / the excursion for city children from primary and secondary schools /,  with little mountainous  horses for riding, as well as for grown - ups / the school for horse - riding /.
- with one / or more / buses and systematic organization to the users of the touristic complex the following things could be offered: after breakfast - the transport to sea, to a whole day entertainment with sun - bathing and swiming, and at night the return to a hotel and dinner with the setting of sun in mountains and sleeping in an untounched nature.

- lunch would be organized in some touristic organization / hotel / or in your own organization which could easily be organized in this to turistic complex.

- in this system sticking to only one location of the beach is not necessary, but the guests would choose the beach according to their liking and the quality of the beach.

 

3. ORGANIZATION AND FOUNDING OF A SMALL FARM for breeding sheep, goats and poultry

- this place has long tradition and very successful production of good cheeses and yogurt as an ecologically clean and healthy food.
- since this is the first ecological country this would have a special importance.

 

4. THE ORGANIZATION AND GROWING OF MUSHROOMS
in all three previous cases of using the property, especially in case  number 1, since it is well known that mushrooms are very important food for treating malign diseases instead of meat.
